Metal Bending /Folding

Our largest pressbrake can accommodate lengths of metal bending up to 4 Metres long and 200T, allowing for a diverse spectrum  of folded metal products to be manufactured.

Using the latest software, we are able to program all of our parts offline and adjust the developments as necessary. This allows us to achieve the highest precision and accuracy, whilst maintaining shop-floor productivity.

We have 5 Pressbrakes on site:

Amada 3m 100T

Amada 1.2m 67T

Morgan Rushworth 4m 200T

Dener 175

This allows us to be able to rapidly turn around most products that our customers order. This coupled with a wide variety of different tooling allows us to be able to achieve some really complex or difficult bends.
