Assembly- We have a large assembly department able to fit your product together as well as pack it, to make us able to supply fully finished and complete products, with every operation from start to finish being made in-house.

Drilling- Be it big or small, 1000 off or 1 off, we have the capability for accurate drilling, including large size drills with our two auto-feed drills.

Tapping- With our own tapping machine, we can quickly and cleanly tap holes into the vast majority of materials. We can even tap large diameter holes (M14+).

Shot Blasting- We have a shot blasting container, which allows us to shot-blast parts of all sizes - as long as they fit in the container! Please note that we are set up for mild steel, so cannot shotblast Stainless Steel without introducing contamination.

Vibro-Abrasion- We have recently installed a Vibration bowl so that we can give parts that come off the laser a uniform, clean finish.

CNC Rolls- With a new pair of CNC Rolls we have the capability to roll parts to your requirements.

Tool Making- Linked with our team of Engineers, we have the ability to produce tools for a wide variety of tasks. Get in touch to find out more.

Product Design- With three trained and experienced Engineers, we are able to assist you in designing the product that you need. We use CAD & CAM software daily, so we have the experience you need.

Bar Bending- With a Euromac horizontal press, we have the capabilities to form complex shapes that require their own tools making.
